day one!
Its 5 mins to 11, 2.1.2011 and this is my first ever blog, so am very excited and nervous at the same time.
hello world !
Well to start off with, i took up this new venture with no expectations at all, something more of a story book ...my story to tell, another reason of starting a blog is.... i cannot negotiate with the fact that i am trying to save paper and have a more eco-friendly approach this new 2011.
and of course the main reason me starting it would be the "inspiration" i got from swati (she's a real sweet <3)
A lazy sunday went tick-tocking away real quick, people normally say that winters have longer nights than summer and i do believe that.but, there is one thing that i have realized.... is that the days and nights together end faster when your dastardly college is due in two days...that somehow gives me of a pictographic representation of me walking a rope with books on my head and no beam for balance.
Most of the eve went away creating my blog and thinking for a suitable title. which i finally got after a whole lot of soul searching. Phew!!! narrowing down 2 names from 14 is a real task.
finally my two names are.... as i'm sure u've seen
the title of my blog " a victorian bulletin of twisted tales."
victorian....cos lets face it, there is nothing more in this world i love than history <3
bulletin......was a perfect "note" and was simply inspired by my fave "lady of the tower" "BOLEYN"
hence "A Victorian Bulletin= the first syllables of each V and B= VARSHA BAJAJ.
Twisted tales on the other hand, was inspired by my very own swati (awwww <3 thnk u hon)
plus it also does refer to the rest of my twisted tales which i shall share with u over the course of the season.
The URL....well my internet history is filled with links of dictionary and thesaurus.com, for an apt word for "THOUGHTS",......ALLEGORY fit just rite!!!!
Rainy allegories.....as varsha means the rain....need i say more?
well i guess tats all i SHOULD write for an introductory session. It wouldn't be fair to the laws of "first time blogging"
Well i tats it for now....its raining...and it has my name on it.
Heres wishing you a wonderful and refreshing new year like the rain.
